These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by VIBE ENGINE LABS PTE. LTD. ("Vibe Engine," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account, accessing our APIs, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Vibe Engine provides cloud-based sandbox environments for code execution, powered by Firecracker microVMs. Our services include sandbox provisioning and management, SDK and API access, persistent storage, real-time streaming, and related developer tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Each account is for a single entity; sharing credentials across organizations is prohibited.
You agree not to use the services to: violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe on intellectual property rights; distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code; engage in cryptocurrency mining without prior written approval; conduct denial-of-service attacks or network scanning against third parties; store or process data in violation of export control laws; or circumvent security controls, resource limits, or access restrictions.
You retain all rights to the code, data, and content you upload to or create within sandboxes. Vibe Engine retains all rights to the platform, APIs, SDKs, documentation, and underlying technology. Our SDKs are provided under the MIT License. These Terms do not grant either party any rights to the other's trademarks, logos, or brand assets.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe Engine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Vibe Engine in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that threaten the security or integrity of the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases, and we may delete your data after a 30-day grace period.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any applicable Order Form or DPA, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vibe Engine.
